![]() ![]() Make sure your device you are using has decent WiFi chip and isn't ancient, streaming usually doesn't take a ton of horsepower but it has been terrible on an old tablet of my friends. Or use other 3rd party android controllers or even Xbox controller. You may need to use a USB C to USB C cable as most tablets or phones have a USB C input. Connect your DualSense wired to your streaming device. Leave your PS5 in rest mode and enable to turn PS5 on with remote device You can even tone down bitrate as well as resolution. Use the PSPlay app on Android it has way more features and supports DualSense. PS5 is connected via ethernet cable to router So for people who can't get it to work here are the steps I used to ensure there isn't much lag. If I was paranoid about input lag I could tone down stream quality more. And this is in the highest bitrate and 1080p. Im pulling out combos and reacting to attacks perfectly. Id say I'm not a casual in Street Fighter V, and that was the test game for me and it works near perfectly. I decided to give remote play a go and surpsingly its working flawlessly. So I looked at different solutions such as a Steam Deck, gaming laptop and etc. I also like the idea of portable gaming around the house such as the office room when not much work to do, in bed and etc. I have an issue where my PS5 is in the main lounge and sometimes a family member is using the TV. Well this thread is the culmination of all the past threads. Seconds thoughts of getting a Steam Deck and etc. So some people may remember my thread about not being able to get a DualSense controller working on Android.
